Our Team

 Attorney Peter Martino graduated from Boston College in 1979 and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1983. A Winthrop resident all of his life, Peter has been involved in many aspects of the Winthrop community including being an Assessor of taxes and a coach of youth sports. 

Attorney Nicholas Martino graduated from Boston College in 2007 and received his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University Law School in 2011. Nick is a committed community member, devoted husband, and father of three sons. Nick is lifelong resident of Winthrop.

Attorney Justin Martino graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2015 and received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 2019.  Justin grew up in Winthrop where he now resides with his wife Lauren and their daughter.

Attorney Eric Quinlan graduated from University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth in 2009 and received his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in 2012.  Eric grew up in the town of Saugus. He now resides in Topsfield with his wife Allie and his three children.

Eric received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Eric manages the day-to-day activities for the firm. Eric conducts research, drafts documents, and emails.  Eric also oversees the paralegals that work for the firm.

William is a paralegal that works part time for the firm. He lives in Cambridge Massachusetts. William is also a budding photographer
