Our firm has been operating in Massachusetts since 1986. Attorney Peter Martino graduated from Boston College in 1979 and received his juris Doctorate Degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1983. Attorney Nicholas Martino graduated from Boston College in 2007 and Northeastern University Law School in 2011. Attorney Justin Martino graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2015 and Suffolk University Law School in 2019. Our firm is a general practice firm concentrating in: real estate both residential and commercial, buyer and sellers, personal injury, probate and estates, domestic relations, criminal defense and bankruptcy. For the past twenty years Attorney Peter Martino was the Elected Assessor of Taxes for the Town of Winthrop, MA, Attorney Martino retired from the board of assessors in May, 2006. The law office is located in East Boston in Orient Heights Square and across the street from the Blue Line Orient Heights train station.
